Our Installers prepare the existing internal wall surface by treating any damp and removing loose wall coverings. Insulated plasterboard is then fixed to the old plaster wall with adhesive and fixings for additional hold. The insulated plasterboards are then skimmed with plaster and the skirting boards, electrical sockets and switches are reinstated. On completion of the project, we will then ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned.

ECO GRANTS AVAILABLE
There are ECO4 grants available for Internal Wall Insulation, the amount of funding available is determined by the type of property and the main heating source. In some cases the funding will not cover all the cost of the work involved, therefore you would need to make a financial contribution.
To qualify for an ECO4 grant somebody living at the property must be in receipt of one of the following benefits:

Flexible Eligibility - this is part of the scheme which empowers local authorities to decide (by way of a scoring system) which households can receive energy efficient support under ECO4.
